TORONTO, April 23, 2021 – Hamilton Capital Partners Inc. (“Hamilton ETFs”) is pleased to announce the monthly cash and special cash distributions for its Hamilton Canadian Bank Mean Reversion Index ETF (ticker “HCA”) and Hamilton Enhanced Canadian Bank ETF (ticker “HCAL”), both of which trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange, for the month ended April 30, 2021.
Regular cash distributions
The ex-dividend date for these distributions is anticipated to be April 29, 2021, for all unitholders of record on April 30, 2021. The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unitholder has enrolled in the dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the ETF, on or about May 12, 2021.

Special cash distributions
Hamilton ETFs also announces today special cash distributions to be paid to unitholders (see table below). The ex-dividend date for these distributions is also anticipated to be April 29, 2021, for all unitholders of record on April 30, 2021. The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unitholder has enrolled in the dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the ETF, on or about May 12, 2021.
