TORONTO, September 22, 2023 – Hamilton Capital Partners Inc. (“Hamilton ETFs”) is pleased to announce the monthly and quarterly cash distributions for its ETFs, all of which trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange, for the period ended September 30, 2023.
The Hamilton U.S. Bond Yield Maximizer ETF (ticker “HBND”), which began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on September 15, 2023, will not pay a distribution for the month ended September 30, 2023, owing to the shortened period. HBND’s first distribution will be paid for the month ended October 31, 2023.
Distributions may vary from period to period.
The ex-dividend date for these distributions is anticipated to be September 28, 2023, for all unitholders of record on September 29, 2023. The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unitholder has enrolled in the dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the ETF, on or about October 6, 2023.

- Distributions for Hamilton U.S. Mid/Small-Cap Financials ETF are declared and paid in Canadian dollars, including those listed under the U.S. dollar traded ticker HUM. The approximate U.S. dollar equivalent distribution rate for HUM.U is US$0.0742 per unit. For unitholders who hold the U.S. dollar traded HUM.U, distribution payments will typically be converted to U.S. dollars by the unitholder’s account holder.
