Toronto, Ontario – June 7, 2022 – Hamilton Capital Partners Inc. (“Hamilton ETFs”) is pleased to announce the results of the special meetings (the “Meetings”) for Hamilton Enhanced Multi-Sector Covered Call ETF (TSX: HDIV) and Hamilton Enhanced U.S. Covered Call ETF (TSX: HYLD, HYLD.U) (each, an “ETF”, together, the “ETFs”) that were held on June 7, 2022. As previously announced, the Meetings were convened for unitholders to consider and vote upon a proposal to change the investment objective of each ETF (“Investment Objective Changes”). Complete details regarding the Investment Objective Changes and the matters considered at the special meetings were outlined and described in the management proxy circular dated May 6, 2022 that was made available to unitholders.

By an overwhelming margin, the unitholders of each ETF approved all matters relating to the Investment Objective Changes. Accordingly, it is expected that the Investment Objective Changes will take effect on or about July 1, 2022.

“We are very pleased with the results of the HDIV and HYLD unitholder meetings. We believe the changes are demonstrative of our commitment to providing investors with value-added ETFs and will provide the ETFs with greater flexibility to react to changes in the U.S. and Canadian covered call markets, changes in market conditions and/or developments impacting any constituent exchange traded funds,” said Rob Wessel, Managing Partner at Hamilton ETFs. “We look forward to continuing to provide unitholders with attractive monthly income and the opportunity for long-term capital appreciation.”
