TORONTO, December 29, 2020 – Hamilton Capital Partners Inc. (“Hamilton ETFs”) confirmed today the special distributions for its suite of financial services ETFs for the period ended December 31, 2020. Please note this is an update to the estimated special distributions previously announced on December 22, 2020.
The final distributions are noted in the table below. The ex-dividend date for the special cash distributions is December 30, 2020, for all unitholders of record on December 31, 2020. The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unitholder has enrolled in the dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the ETF, on or about January 13, 2021.
As noted and previously estimated, Hamilton ETFs confirmed that none of its six ETFs will have a non-cash capital gain to be distributed to ETF unitholders.
